Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided that only 2 grams of incense wood have been tested.

Except for maamoul, envelopes, and perfumes, returns are not permitted once the package has been opened.

The customer bears the shipping costs.

Replacement policy:

  • The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him from the store within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after exceeding the period of 3 days.
  • Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, with the attached product information label or stickers untouched, in their original packaging, and unused. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition, and the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
  2. Products sensitive to storage conditions


Return policy:

  1. The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have this right after exceeding the period of 3 days.
  2. To return a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
  3. The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process in addition to the shipping costs.
  4. The consumer bears the payment network fees deducted from the sales value according to the payment method as follows:
  • Mada Network: 1.7% of the total value of returns
  • Visa network: 2.2% of the total value of returns
  • Tabi, Tamara: 0.6% of the total value of returns

5. The consumer must report any damage to the products immediately upon receipt.

6. If the damage is due to shipping, you must refuse to receive the product from the shipping company and inform us directly.

7. If any defect is found in the product, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
